A new tax rate for Residential A properties just went up again (this will affect properties w/out a home exemption assessed over $1M):
County of Honolulu (Oahu) property tax rates remain the same as last year, except for the Hotel and Resort tax rate which increased by $0.50 per $1,000 and Residential A – Tier 2 tax rate which increased by $1.50 per $1,000.
